We manage 3 types of RVs: Travel Trailers, Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels. We find that bunk model travel trailers and Class C and Class A motorhomes tend to rent the best and will return the highest ROI for owners.
On average Motorhome owners can make about 10K per season and Travel Trailer owners can make about 5-10K per season. We do not guarantee any amount of revenue, but we will work hard to make sure your RV is rented out for top dollar so that you make the most amount of money with your investment.

Our booking software has commercial insurance coverage built in to every rental. You as an owner need to maintain your own personal insurance policy, but there will be supplimental commercial coverage on each and every rental. You don't need to do a thing to your own personal insurance.
